Responsibilities

• Connect with new and existing customers
• Provide quotes for auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that truly help customers
• Follow up with leads and turn opportunities into long-term relationships
• Cross-sell products to better protect customers and grow the agency
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate records and provide outstanding customer service
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty, Life, and Health insurance license required
• Previous insurance or sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive attitude and competitive mindset
• Confidence making outbound calls and following up with leads
• A self-starter who is organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Someone who wants to grow, improve, and win as part of a team
