Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

We are seeking recent Class A CDL graduates to join our expanding Eastern fleet, based in Charleston, West Virginia. This paid training opportunity is designed for new drivers who want mentorship from experienced drivers, practical on-road experience, and a fast path to regular earnings.

Typical job characteristics:

• Predictable regional routes serving the Eastern U.S., with operations based in Charleston, WV
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Flexible home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program:

• Paid training is available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Each trainee is paired with an experienced mentor
• Emphasis on safety and performance to build the experience necessary for independent operation

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
