Ones Teacher

Lead a classroom of one-year-old children as a co-teacher in Washington, IN, providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports early developmental milestones, social skills, and basic daily routines.

• Plan and implement daily age-appropriate activities focusing on sensory play, motor skills, and social interaction.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times.
• Communicate daily with parents regarding their child's progress, meals, naps, and behavior.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or early childhood education coursework preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience with infant/toddler developmental screening tools.
• Bilingual communication skills.
