Community Interface Services is seeking a compassionate and flexible individual to work alongside individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and support them in building independence within their communities. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Community Inclusion Professional, your day is comprised of appointments with participants of our Tailored Day services. You will meet with each person in a 1-to-1 ratio and provide resources or coaching to help them reach their goals. The average day could look like:Traversing the community through public transportationSupport the individual in finding social, recreational, or volunteer opportunitiesProviding higher education supportDocument progress of each individualWork with the larger team to identify next stepsBenefitsAs a Top Workplace voted by the San Diego Union Tribune for six years running, Community Interface Services strives to be an inclusive, supportive work environment.
