Looking for a delivery driver job with rural routes and fewer stops? Join Dusty Roads, a FedEx Contractor, and deliver packages across West Baton Rouge Parish and nearby rural areas. You’ll typically handle 85–100 stops per day during Peak Season.

We are a safety-focused FedEx contractor that values reliable drivers, teamwork, and support. Our drivers work from 10800 S Reitz Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70809.

Pay & Benefits

• $147–$151+/day with available bonuses
• $80/day paid training
• $200 training completion bonus (after 2 weeks on solo Routes)

Schedule & Hours

Full-time | 5 days/week. Route schedules are based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up vehicle and packages at the FedEx terminal
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Safely drive delivery routes
• Scan and log packages
• Use GPS to find delivery locations
• Handle packages up to 150 lbs safely

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to submit to an MVR, background check, drug test, and DOT physical; employer pays required screening costs
• Must be willing to work in all weather
• Reliable and safety-focused
