Wingerd Insurance Agency in Merriam KS is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team! Making Outbound calls to Agency Provided Leads.
Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Is prior insurance sales experience required?
No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful!

Is this commission only?
No – We provide an insurance industry competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities.
Will I have to purchase my own leads?
No! We have no shortage of leads that are provided for our salespeople.
Should I apply if I don’t currently have an insurance license?
Yes, you should still apply as we will help assist you with the licensing process. We do require an active PC and LH license for this position. You need to able to obtain within a specified timeframe.
