AristaCare at Cherry Hill, a 140-bed skilled nursing facility on Chapel Avenue West in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead daily nursing operations on our unit. Part of the AristaCare family of healthcare communities, our facility delivers post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care in a compassionate, beautifully maintained environment. The RN Unit Manager plays a key leadership role on our nursing team, and prior nursing home experience is required for this position.

Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Duties

• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care on the unit

• Supervise and support nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs)

• Ensure care plans are current and delivered accurately

• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and families

• Maintain compliance and survey readiness on the unit

Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey

• Unit Manager or nursing leadership experience

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
