Responsibilities
  • Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor claim status, payments, and rejections.
  • Maintain warranty documentation and ensure manufacturer compliance.
  • Assist with warranty audits and policy procedures.
  • Support the Service Director and management team with administrative duties.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Answer phones and assist customers and dealership personnel professionally.
  • Organize files and maintain confidential records.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Previous dealership warranty experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Toyota warranty processing is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus.
