Job Title: Tire Builder (Production Line Operator)
Location:Chattanooga, TN
Pay: starting at $16, paid weekly (based on experience) + guaranteed overtime (15-20 hours of overtime weekly)

Shift:We are hiring for 2 shifts -

1st: 6am - 6pm

2nd: 6pm - 6am

Schedule: M-F, weekends off

Position Overview We are hiringTire Builders to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where youll learn how to build and assemble tires using specialized equipment.

What Youll Do

• Build and assemble tires according to quality and safety standards
• Operate and maintain production equipment
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Cross-train across multiple functions within the department, including:
  • Operating presses
  • Injection processes
  • Material handling
  • Quality control

• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)

• Mechanical aptitude
• No experience requiredtraining provided
