Job Description
Summary: Responsible for assisting in all aspects of field operations by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs weekly service on contracts.*
- Performs seasonal opening and closing of pools.*
- Completes quality control punch list.*
- Assists in different phases of construction service and renovation.*
- Installs winter covers.
- Performs other duties as needed or requested.

Town & Country Pools is looking for Pool Cleaning Technicians to join our fantastic team. No experience? No problem! We provide full training. If you do have experience, that’s a plus—but not required!

- Starting at $18/hour during a 2-4 week provisional period
- Increases to $20/hour after completion of the provisional period

About the Role
As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping pools clean, safe, and well-maintained. No experience is required—we will train you! If you enjoy working outdoors, being active, and take pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, some Saturdays required during peak season
- Hands-on work with power tools, gas-powered machines, and hand tools
- Outdoor work in different weather conditions
