Wolfeboro Bay Center – Wolfeboro, NH
Join us at Wolfeboro Bay Center, where we are creating a vibrant, resident-centered community under new ownership. We are currently seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Aide to support the planning and delivery of meaningful recreational programs that enhance the lives of our residents.
Activities Aide Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and leading group and individual activities
Encourage resident participation and engagement
Help set up and clean up activity areas
Work closely with the Activities Director and care team to support emotional and social well-being
Accompany residents on outings and special events
Activities Aide Qualifications:
Previous experience in a long-term care or senior living setting preferred
Creative, outgoing, and dependable
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be kind, patient, and enjoy working with older adults
