A large, well-established primary care organization is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join its rapidly expanding outpatient network throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Clinical Details
Practice comprehensive outpatient primary care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients in a supportive team environment.
Patient Population- Ages 0-65
- Commercial insurance patients only
- Preventive medicine and wellness
- Acute care
- Chronic disease management
- Annual women's wellness exams
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day
- Outpatient Primary Care
- No inpatient responsibilities
- No hospital rounding
- No call
- No weekends

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000–$265,000

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Arizona medical license or eligible for licensure
- Comfortable treating patients ages 0-65
- Comfortable performing annual women's wellness exams
- Spanish bilingual preferred for most clinic locations
