Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an HR Coordinator who will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and organized experience for new team members. This individual will support the onboarding lifecycle from pre-hire preparation through the employee’s initial transition period, ensuring a smooth start and positive first impression. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to support employee success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding activities for newly hired employees and ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Prepare and distribute new hire resources, onboarding documents, and informational materials.
- Coordinate orientation sessions, training schedules, and introductory meetings with key stakeholders.
- Monitor completion of required employment paperwork, compliance forms, and policy acknowledgments.
- Act as a central point of contact for onboarding-related questions and support during the employee’s first weeks.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and track progress throughout the onboarding process.
- Conduct follow-up outreach with new employees to gather feedback and support engagement efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding procedures and contribute to process enhancements.
- Provide additional support for HR programs, employee experience initiatives, and administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience in human resources, onboarding coordination, administrative support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems or databases.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling employee information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-focused approach to supporting employees and internal teams.
