Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal - Brandon, FL
Job Description
Live in Brandon, Riverview, or Valrico? This one is a straight shot across the Selmon.
A national plaintiff's litigation firm is adding two paralegals to its Tampa team. The work is mass tort — high file counts, hard statutory deadlines, and clients whose cases are the most important thing happening in their lives. You will run files, not fetch coffee: discovery, records, filings, client updates, trial prep.
What gets people hired here is follow-through. Deadlines met without reminders. Files clean when the attorney opens them. Clients who feel looked after.
Read this part before applying: you need more than eight months of litigation experience inside a law firm — recent graduates without firm time will not be considered. The role is on-site in Tampa, five days a week. And it is a career seat: if law school is your plan, pass on this one.
Plaintiff, toxic tort, or asbestos background is a plus the firm will happily train around if you don't have it.
