Location: Port Charlotte, Florida
Shift: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary: $77,500 - $87,500 annually

Join Our Team as an RN Evening Supervisor

Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Evening Supervisor to provide strong leadership and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with supervisory experience to grow in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director and Associate Director of Nursing in planning and overseeing daily nursing operations in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure excellent resident care.

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels for safe and efficient operations.

• Conduct rounds to monitor performance, provide feedback, and report to leadership.

• Participate in surveys/inspections as needed.

• Assist with the development, review, and implementation of resident care and discharge plans.

• Address and escalate staff complaints or grievances appropriately.

• Welcome and support new residents during the admission process.

• Accompany physicians on rounds and oversee medication administration and treatments.

• Provide direct nursing care and assist with comprehensive assessments as needed.

• Participate in evaluations for LPNs and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

• Current and valid RN license (Florida).

• Minimum of 2 years’ direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric settings.

• At least 1 year of nursing management/supervisory experience.

• Current CPR certification.
