We are seeking caring, motivated, and flexible individuals to assist persons with disabilities in their home. The people we support need your assistance to live independently, work, and make their own way through life challenges that most of take for granted. The Direct Support Professional’s (DSP) role is to learn about what is most important in the lives of the individual receiving services and providing/developing supports to help the individual achieve their personal priorities.
