Location: The Learning Experience – Hudson Yards, New York, NY
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Assistant Infant Teacher – Early Learning Program

The Learning Experience – Hudson Yards is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Infant Teacher to support our youngest learners during the most important stages of early development.

Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you'll help create a safe, nurturing classroom where infants build trust, explore their surroundings, and reach important developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with feeding, diapering, naps, and daily infant routines
  
  
• Support sensory activities and age-appropriate learning experiences
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
  
  
• Observe children's development and communicate with the teaching team
  
  
• Build positive relationships with children and families
  
  
• Follow all New York State and NYC licensing requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
  
  
• Infant or childcare experience preferred
  
  
• Patient, dependable, and nurturing
  
  
• Must meet New York State childcare licensing requirements
