Primary Care Physician needed for industry leading Primary Care Group in Coconut Creek, FL
• Specialty: Primary Care, Family Practice, General Practice or Internist
• Type of Position: Permanent Full Time

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9AM- 6PM) with 1 hour break and 1 hour admin time.
• Start Date: 45-60 days

• Patients Per day: Average of 18-23 per day. Adults only.
• Support Staff: Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30-45 days

• Licensing Requirements: Active FL medical license or IMLC compact licensure
• Board Certification: American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Compensation: Base Salary $235,000 + annual bonus of 16.67% of salary
