We are seeking a collaborative and people-focused professional to help create an exceptional residential experience for residents and a positive, well-supported environment for team members. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, strengthening resident relationships, supporting onsite teams, and ensuring the community runs efficiently, professionally, and with a strong sense of service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily community operations alongside the Executive Director, to support a high-quality staff and resident experience.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Lead, coach, and support onsite team members to encourage performance, accountability, and growth.
  • Monitor community appearance, service quality, and operational standards.
  • Partner with maintenance, leasing, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Support resident retention efforts through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Prepare and manage reports, records, and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense control, and overall community performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, resident satisfaction, and team effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Experience in property management, community operations, hospitality, payroll, hiring practices or a related service-oriented field.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard business and property management software preferred.
  • Understanding of budgeting, reporting, and operational best practices preferred.
  • Commitment to providing professional, respectful, and responsive service.
