Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

We are seeking recent CDL school graduates in Reading, PA to join our expanding Eastern fleet. This opportunity offers paid training, mentorship, and a pathway to develop a long-term driving career.

Position details:

• Predictable regional routes operating from Reading and surrounding areas
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• Support from dispatch 24/7
• Home time options with flexible schedules to help maintain work–life balance:
  • Home weekly
  • Home every other week

Training program:

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Assigned mentor during training
• Focus on safety and building on-road experience to prepare drivers for independent operation

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
