Location: Cala Scottsdale Pay: $11.70/hour + Tips
Job Summary
Bussers play a vital role in maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the restaurant. They support the service team by clearing tables, resetting stations, and ensuring that guests experience a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared dining environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
%CF; Support servers and hosts by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
%CF; Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, patio, lounge, and service stations.
%CF; Refill water glasses, bread service, and other guest needs as directed by servers.
%CF; Ensure proper setup of tables and sections at the beginning of each shift.
%CF; Help restock server stations with glassware, silverware, napkins, and other supplies.
%CF; Assist with carrying food, clearing plates, and communicating guest needs to the team.
%CF; Follow all sanitation and safety procedures for dishware and dining room upkeep.
%CF; Perform opening and closing side work and cleaning duties.
%CF; Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.
%CF; Move with urgency, awareness, and attention to detail during busy shifts.
Skills & Qualifications
%CF; Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
%CF; Energetic and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
%CF; Ability to move quickly and stay organized under pressure.
%CF; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
%CF; Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handler’s Card.
Work Environment & Expectations
%CF; Maintain a clean, polished appearance and follow uniform guidelines.
%CF; Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
%CF; Willingness to take direction and be proactive.
%CF; Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
