Activity Aide Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, organizing, and leading group and individual activities, such as games, arts and crafts, and exercise programs
Coordinate outings and excursions to local attractions and community events
Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity programming
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Provide support to residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
