Unit Manager RN

Dellridge Health & Rehabilitation Center in Paramus, NJ is hiring an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care on one of our units. Our RN Unit Manager will oversee day-to-day clinical operations on the unit, and prior nursing home experience is required for this role.

• Manage daily nursing operations and resident care on your assigned unit

• Supervise and support Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the unit

• Ensure care plans are followed and documentation stays current and compliant

• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the Director of Nursing (DON) on resident status and unit needs

• Help maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards on the unit

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey — required

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting — required

• Previous unit management or nursing supervisory experience strongly preferred
