CDL A Regional Driver Trainee

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers based in Lubbock, TX for a paid 4–6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear pathway into regional routes serving the Midwest and East while maintaining schedules that help drivers stay closer to home in the Lubbock area.

• Paid 4–6 week mentor training with an experienced driver

Route details:

• Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
• Transition into solo regional assignments after training

• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over-the-road experience required
