Dedicated local accounts with strong pay don't sit open for very long, and this team is looking to add just 4 CDL-A drivers.

If you're looking for a job where you can build a routine instead of constantly adjusting to new routes and unpredictable miles, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

You'll run dedicated deliveries throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, hauling mostly dry van freight with the occasional reefer load. About 70% of the work is drop & hook, while the remaining 30% involves unloading with an electric pallet jack—no hand unloading.

What does a typical day look like?

Start your shift between 11:00 AM and Noon, run afternoon and evening routes, make 3–5 loads with 5–7 stops, and finish your day knowing you'll be back home.

Drivers average 1,000–1,500 miles per week while operating slip-seat day cabs, with two full days off every week.

Average drivers earn around $1,500 every week, and top performers are bringing home $1,800+ weekly.

On top of experience-based pay of up to $0.62 CPM, you'll also earn:

• $37 unload pay
• $20 stop pay
• $20 backhaul pay
• $25 pallet restack pay

You'll also complete paid ride-along training before getting started.

Before you apply

Make sure you meet the following:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
• Live within the Monroe hiring area (45044)
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the terminal
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Strong work ethic
• Not SAP Friendly

Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Paid vacation starts after your first year and is based on your average annual earnings.
