Based in Louisville, KY 40223, we’re looking for an Electrical Control Panel Fabrication Specialist who loves hands-on work and has a sharp eye for detail. In this role, you’ll turn specifications and schematics into reliable, neatly wired control panels that meet strict quality and safety expectations.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins by reviewing electrical drawings and building a plan. You’ll assemble and wire panels to specification, verify workmanship against standards, and coordinate with engineers and teammates to address questions or resolve issues. Throughout the day, you’ll keep your space orderly and safe, document what you build, and capture changes so the record matches the product. You’ll also take part in training that expands your skills and keeps you current.

Your Impact

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels from provided specifications and schematics.
• Complete quality checks so panels meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Work with engineers and peers to troubleshoot and resolve build or wiring challenges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area for efficient operations.
• Document assembly steps and accurately log work performed.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to broaden capabilities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree/certification in electrical or industrial technology is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in panel building or closely related work.
• Fluency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Skilled and safe use of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving ability.
• Comfort working independently and within a fast-paced team.
• Clear communication and a positive, collaborative attitude.
