? Schedule
Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (16-hour shifts) plus an additional 8-hours of incentive pay! (Included in the salary)
? Compensation
Salary: $83,200 annually
✨ What You’ll Do
Lead and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
Ensure high-quality resident care and clinical excellence
Serve as a clinical resource and decision-maker
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
? What We’re Looking For
Active RN license
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
