ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without accommodation.
- Follow all food and personal safety rules and regulations. Maintain the department/facility in an everyday audit ready condition.
- Ability to operate machinery on a production line including high speed packaging equipment.
- Follow all food safety and personal safety rules and regulations.
- Perform all required checks, including visual checks as well as product size and weight checks.
- Immediately communicates any deviation from standards to Team Leader.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participates in Continuous Improvement activities and occasionally attends off-shift meetings as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis, climb stairs and ladders.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and overtime, as needed.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
