We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join our growing luxury real estate team. This full-time, in-office (Fashion Island, Newport Beach) position plays a critical role in supporting elite real estate professionals by developing and executing exceptional marketing campaigns for luxury residential properties ranging from approximately $1 million to $60 million.

This individual will help elevate our agents’ brands, deliver an exceptional client experience, and ensure every listing is presented at the highest standard. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing day-to-day marketing initiatives, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces technology and AI, and communicates confidently with high-net-worth clients.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Compensation:

$35 - $40 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for luxury residential listings.

  • Coordinate all marketing activities from listing launch through closing.

  • Create polished marketing materials including brochures, property flyers, listing presentations, email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media content.

  • Write compelling property descriptions, marketing copy, newsletters, and client communications.

  • Support branding and business development initiatives for top-producing real estate agents.

  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, print vendors, and other marketing partners.

  • Manage property listings within the California Regional MLS (CRMLS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Execute and maintain CRM marketing campaigns using Follow Up Boss.

  • Utilize AI tools, including ChatGPT and other emerging technologies, to improve workflow efficiency, content creation, research, and campaign performance.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.


Qualifications:Required
  • Five (5) or more years of professional marketing experience in real estate

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with California Regional MLS (CRMLS)

  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative problem-solving skills with a resourceful, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity and marketing effectiveness.

  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of projects from concept through completion.
