Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Floor Tech to join our team at Parker Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Streator, Illinois. As a key member of our housekeeping team, the Floor Tech will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to prevent the spread of infection and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Restock supplies and linens as needed to ensure a smooth operation of the facility
Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, and folding linens and clothing
Empty trash and recycling, and restock trash baskets throughout the facility
Perform other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services team to ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
