We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Server to join our culinary team. As a Dietary Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our residents, guests, and staff. Your expertise and enthusiasm will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining experiences are memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
• Serve and deliver meals to residents, guests, and staff, ensuring that each plate is presented with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Interact with residents and staff, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and addressing any dietary needs or concerns.
• Keep accurate records of food and beverage service, including resident meal preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless food service, including plating and presentation.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in food service or a related field (n/a)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and visitors
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional heavy lifting required
