Position: Professional Care Technician
Location: Marshall, MI - Calhoun County
Pay: $17.13 per hour

Shift:
'14; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available, 16–40 hrs /week (includes every other weekend)
'14; Combine hours from other programs to reach up to 40 hrs. /week

Pay

Starting at $17.13 per hour

Schedule
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
  • 16–40 hours per week
  • Every other weekend required
  • Opportunity to pick up additional hours at other locations, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week
What You'll Do

As a Professional Care Technician, you will:

  • Support individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence
  • Assist with personal care and household tasks
  • Transport of individuals to appointments and community activities
  • Encourage participation in recreational and social events
  • Administer medications after training (as applicable)
  • Complete documentation accurately and timely
  • Build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, person-centered care
What We're Looking For
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Ability to pass required background screenings (expungement assistance resources are available)
  • Able to complete a physical examination and TB test
  • Willing to work rotating weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and HITECH regulations
