Are you an experienced RN/LPN ready to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-acuity Skilled Nursing environment?

We are seeking a strong clinical leader to manage a high-volume unit with frequent admissions and discharges.

This is not a desk role — this is a leadership opportunity for an RN/LPN who thrives on organization, accountability, and driving clinical excellence.

You will work directly with the Interdisciplinary Team under the Director of Nursing to ensure quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Why This Role Stands Out:

High-visibility leadership position

Direct impact on quality measures and survey readiness

Autonomy in managing your unit

Opportunity to build and develop your nursing team

Fast-paced environment that rewards strong decision-makers

What You’ll Own:

Clinical oversight of your assigned unit

Supervision and mentoring of nurses and CNAs

Admissions and discharge coordination

Chart audits and clinical systems review

IDT participation and care plan collaboration

Quality improvement initiatives

On-call rotation (weekends and nights required)

We’re Looking For an RN/LPN Who:

Has strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Is highly organized and thrives under pressure

Leads with professionalism and accountability

Understands regulatory compliance and survey expectations

Can manage high census and high turnover efficiently

Is comfortable making real-time clinical decisions

Requirements:

Active RN/LPN license

Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred

PCC (PointClickCare) experience a plus

Weekend and night availability for on-call rotation (non-negotiable)

Important:

If you are looking for a predictable 9–5 role without leadership accountability, this is not the position for you.

If you are a driven RN/LPN who wants to lead, influence outcomes, and operate at a high level in long-term care — we want to talk to you.
