Location: New clinic in Watford, North Dakota & Sidney, Montana - Sites are around one hour apart
Type: Full-Time
Setting: Outpatient
Start date: March
Preferred schedule: Regular business hours

Background and Certifications required: Certified FNP/PA , Active ND, MT license and active DEA
Duties: Solo Provider - Womens Health, Typical Primary care duties

Call: No on call
EMR: eClinical Works
Compensation: $55-75/hr - Commensurate on experience (room for negotiation)

Other: Must be open to work 4 days a week in ND and once a week in MT.
