An established Charleston area litigation law firm seeks a Workers Compensation paralegal to support a high profile Partner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST have 3+ years Worker's Compensation experience (insurance defense preferred).
- Associates in Paralegal and/or a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in billing & tracking time.
- MUST have excellent communication & prioritizing skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Legal software experience.
- Able to manage a large caseload in a fast paced environment and be pro-active with caseload.
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
