If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and providing exceptional administrative support, we'd love to hear from you.Position SummaryThe Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to corporate leadership and team members while serving as a key point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.Job Duties•\tAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally.•\tReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.•\tCoordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, conference rooms, and travel arrangements.•\tProvide administrative support to executives and corporate team members.•\tPrepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, forms, and other business documents.•\tAssist in preparing regularly scheduled reports and presentations.•\tMaintain and update office procedures and administrative documentation.•\tOrder and maintain office supplies while researching cost-effective vendors and purchasing options.•\tMaintain company contact lists and organizational records.•\tProcess, submit, and reconcile expense reports.•\tServe as a professional point of contact for internal employees, vendors, residents, and other external partners.•\tCoordinate with executive assistants and department leaders to support organizational initiatives and special projects.•\tAssist with corporate meetings, company events, and other administrative projects as assigned.•\tPerform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the business.Job Requirements•\tMinimum of three (3) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Real estate or property management experience is preferred.•\tStrong knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures.•\tProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.•\tExperience using standard office equipment and technology.•\tExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.•\tStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.•\tOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.•\tProfessional demeanor with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.•\tAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.•\tSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Education•\tHigh school diploma or GED required.•\tAssociate's degree or administrative certification is preferred but not required.Schedule•\tMonday through Friday•\t8:30 AM – 5:30 PM $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 Annually
