Our family-owned trucking company supports a manufacturing plant in Trinity, AL, and we’re hiring into an evaluation-to-hire role with the potential to transition to full-time.

Is this you?

• At least 23 years old
• 2–3 years of recent, verifiable Class A experience hauling a 53' dry van (within the past 5 years)
• 2 years of DMV/MVR history with no more than 2 moving violations
• Hold a current Class A CDL and a valid DOT Medical Card

What you’ll take ownership of

Picture this: You arrive on site, complete a meticulous pre-trip, and start moving trailers to keep production on schedule. You stage vans at docks, maintain clear drive lanes, and then run scheduled pickups and deliveries for our customers—plus work with subsidiaries, divisions, and freight brokers as routed. Throughout the day you document each move, comply with FMCSA and company safety standards, and report any mechanical concerns to the Maintenance Department and Central Control. Some days call for a day cab; you’re flexible and ready.

How you’ll succeed

• Master the yard: position trailers to support efficient loading and unloading.
• Run clean and compliant: follow FMCSA rules for interstate CMV operations and internal safety policies.
• Own the paperwork: accurate bills, receipts, and reports—every time.
• Protect the asset: vigilant pre-/post-trips and mid-route monitoring for vibrations, noises, and handling changes.
• Take pride in presentation: keep your assigned truck clean and organized.
