Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a high-performing team of 21 across two locations. I began my career as a State Farm team member, participated in the aspirant program, and went on to open my own agency, building a strong foundation for growth and development.

We stay highly involved in the community through local business associations, Chambers of Commerce, and various networking groups, maintaining a strong presence in the areas we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Rick Mottern - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
