Job Description
Location: St. Augustine, Florida
A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in Northeast Florida is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its outpatient team in St. Augustine.
Position Overview
• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and/or geriatric patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Focus on preventive care and routine health screenings
• Coordinate care with specialists and care teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible Florida medical license
• Active/eligible DEA registration
• Strong clinical and communication skills
