General Labor Installer | Phoenix, AZ

Nexeo Staffing is hiring General Labor Installers to help assemble and install warehouse equipment and industrial systems at customer locations throughout the United States. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds large-scale projects.

No specialized experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in general labor, warehouse work, assembly, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, moving, delivery, or other hands-on trades are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of shelving, pallet racking, mezzanines, safety barriers, guardrails, modular offices, and other warehouse systems

• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install equipment

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout project sites

• Take measurements and follow installation instructions provided by supervisors

• Assist with project setup, inventory organization, and site cleanup

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided as needed)

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow company and customer safety standards

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule

• Travel to customer locations as assigned

Qualifications

•Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, general labor, landscaping, moving, or a related field is a plus but not required

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

• Comfortable using basic hand tools, and power tools

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have valid driver’s license when assigned to positions requiring driving

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout duration of shift

• Comfortable working in warehouse, industrial, and construction environments

• Ability to work in varying weather, temperature conditions, and elevated heights when required

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM | Must be willing & available to work OT as needed
