Duties:
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist with payroll entry and approvals
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
• Conduct training sessions on various HR topics for employees and management
