Weekend Baylor Program

Work 32 hours – Get Paid for 40!

• Two 16-hour shifts every weekend

• Paid for a full 40-hour workweek

• Full-time benefits available

• Competitive weekend pay

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assess residents and report changes in condition.

• Supervise and support nursing assistants.

• Complete accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN or LVN license in good standing

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to exceptional resident care
