In this role, you'll work a mix of warm leads and self-generated opportunities, build your pipeline, and leverage an existing book of businesswhere your effort directly drives your results and earning potential.

Base compensation: Starting $20-$25/hour + commission and bonuses

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Quote, sell, and cross-sell insurance products to new and existing clients
- Identify coverage needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Follow up on leads and close new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Track activity and pipeline using CRM systems
- Develop the skills and experience needed for long-term career growth, with the opportunity to pursue Farmers Agency Ownership in the future
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Spanish fluency is strongly preferred and may be required for certain client-facing responsibilities
- Active insurance licenses or willing to obtain prior to hire
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn more
