EB-5 Investor Relations Specialist

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree

· Familiarity with the EB-5 Program

· 2+ years of investor relations, corporate communication, or capital markets experience

· Professionalism, positive attitude, perseverance, mental toughness, and initiative in the face of challenges

Preferred

· Extensive knowledge of the EB-5 space, including regional center compliance, targeted economic areas (TEAs), and I-526E/I-829 filings.

· Experienced with Real Estate models, pro-formas, and private equity waterfalls

· Bi-lingual in either Hindi, Chinese, Portuguese, or Vietnamese

· Series 7/63/65 licensing

· Succeeded in a sales role working with people from various cultures
