PC Rework & Quality Assurance Specialist

If BIOS menus, RAM swaps, and meticulous documentation sound like your kind of day, this role is for you. You’ll help keep a high volume of systems moving through testing and repair—safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Compensation & Schedule

• $18/hr
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Overtime available

In This Role, You Will

• Test, update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a high volume of computer hardware
• Remove and add RAM as part of standard rework
• Navigate BIOS settings on both laptops and desktops
• Manage stock and inventory of hardware and parts
• Execute inventory control and quality control activities
• Provide clear, accurate documentation
• Handle other duties as assigned

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Organized, efficient problem solver
• Knowledge of electronic parts and sourcing
• Experience with All-In-One computers is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
