In this role, you'll partner with the Center Director to deliver an outstanding educational experience for students, support and develop instructors, build strong relationships with families, and help drive the center's success.

Salary
- $22 - $25/hour
- Mon–Thur: 2 PM–8 PM
- Sat/Sun: 10 AM–2 PM

- Support the daily operations of the learning center
- Lead, coach, and develop instructional staff
- Conduct student assessments and help create learning plans
- Meet with parents to discuss student progress and educational goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and families
- Convert prospective families into enrolled students through consultative conversations
- Manage administrative tasks, student records, and CRM follow-up
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and engaging learning environment
- Assume leadership responsibilities when the Center Director is unavailable
- Passionate about helping students succeed
- A confident leader who enjoys coaching others
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing educational programs with prospective families
- Positive, adaptable, and motivated to grow professionally
- Bachelor's degree or current college student preferred
- Leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- Experience in education, tutoring, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Math proficiency through Algebra II preferred (training provided)
