RN Lead Short Term Rehab Unit- Full-Time flexible hours with On-Call Rotation
Location: Woodlake at Tolland

Position Overview:
As an RN Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring effective patient care. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Oversee nursing assessments, care plans, and documentation.
Serve as a resource for clinical questions and support.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours.
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday with on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Connecticut.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with on-call duties is a plus.
