Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support business performance through financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, profitability, and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and business performance across departmental and operational budgets, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Develop forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans; monitor variances, trends, and scenarios.
- Support monthly close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial performance and recommend improvements to financial processes.
- Deliver clear, actionable analytics to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar financial and/or planning role.
- Ability to navigate ERP environments and transform data into impactful presentations.
- Analytical experience using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or BI reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of FP&A processes, including operating budgets and capital appropriation requests.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Power BI or similar data visualization experience.
