- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient evaluations.
- Develop individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient history and procedural requirements.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care within clinical privileges.
- Continuously monitor patients throughout procedures while responding to changing physiological conditions.
- Safely manage airway interventions and anesthesia recovery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide post-anesthesia assessments and discharge recommendations.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
- Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education and evidence-based practice.
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Current Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure before employment.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
- National Board Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
- Ability to safely manage diverse anesthesia cases independently and within collaborative care models.
- Must currently reside within commuting distance of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, or relocate independently before employment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

- Previous hospital or surgical center anesthesia experience.
- Experience with regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided techniques.
- Comfortable managing a diverse surgical case mix.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (as applicable).
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.
- Stable employment history demonstrating continued professional growth.
- Compensation: $300,000–$400,000 annual earning potential (base compensation plus additional shift incentives)
