Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as Associate Medical Director of Adult Medicine. This is a hybrid leadership and clinical role supporting high-quality care for diverse and underserved populations.Schedule
Monday–Friday
• 1 administrative/leadership day
• 4 clinical days
- $150K – $200K annually
Annual leadership stipend

Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and provider mentorship
Support quality initiatives and care coordination
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and provider evaluations
Deliver full-scope adult primary care
Collaborate on policy development and program design
Requirements
Active CA NP license
Board certified
3+ years clinical experience
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Community health or underserved experience is a plus
